A: You can submit only several thousands of jobs at one moment or in short period of time (max up to 20 thousand jobs). The batch system is able to manage more jobs, but it could lead to its overload.
In case of large number of jobs, the jobs should be submitted in batches, not individually. We recommend to use 500 jobs for one batch. The batch system works then more efficiently.
