A: Use RT (Request Tracking) system via e-mail address fzu at rt4.cesnet.cz to report problems or to ask questions. This way quaranties that all admins are notified about your problem immediately. If you try to contact only one of them, the admin may be out of work (holidays, a training course, etc.) and your problem will not be solved promptly.
