You should submit not more than several units of thousands of jobs at one moment. The batch system is able to manage more jobs, but very high number of queued jobs could lead to its overload. Bulk jobs should be submitted in batches, not individually. We recommend to use 500 jobs for one batch. The batch system works then more efficiently.
